In this video I will introduce you to the seven basic tools of quality. These tools were first introduce by Kaoru Ishikawa , a professor of engineering at the Tokio university who was the father of what we know as “quality circles”
Ishikawa sustained that 95% of quality problems can be solve with seven fundamental tools.
